Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(2) of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2006.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 10) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)regulations 38 and 41 of the Public Utilities (Reservoirs and Catchment Areas) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 401/2006); and”.
