Singapore Accountancy Commission Act
(Amendment of Third Schedule)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33(1) of the Singapore Accountancy Commission Act 2013, the Singapore Accountancy Commission, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Singapore Accountancy Commission Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2013.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Singapore Accountancy Commission Act 2013 is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

“1.	Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore).”.
