(Statutory Bodies) (Amendment)
Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 149/2013) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 3; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 52, the following item:

“52A.

Singapore Food Agency

Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 (Act 11 of 2019)”.
