Public Entertainments (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1996.

2. Rule 6 of the Public Entertainments Rules is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Table D” in paragraph (g) (i) and substituting the words “Table C”;
(b)	by deleting “$3” in paragraph (g) (ii) and substituting “$5”;
(c)	by deleting “$120” and “$4” in the fifth line of paragraph (h) and substituting “$150” and “$5”, respectively;
(d)	by deleting “$3” in the last line of paragraph (i) and substituting “$5”; and
(e)	by deleting “$130” in the last line of paragraph (j) and substituting “$165”.

3. The Second Schedule to the Public Entertainments Rules is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
