Telecommunications (Designated Business
Trust) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32A(2) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info‑communications Media Development Authority makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 19 July 2017.
Designated business trust
2.  The Authority declares NetLink NBN Trust to be a designated business trust for the purposes of Part VA of the Act.
Cancellation
3.  The Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 191/2012) is cancelled.
