People’s Association Act
(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(5)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended by deleting item 13 and substituting the following item:

“13.	Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore)”.

Made this 2nd day of July 2013.
