(Approved Banks) (No. 3)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 23rd July 2012.
Approved bank
2.  E.Sun Commercial Bank, Ltd. is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act.
Made this 17th day of August 2012.
