(Exemption) (No. 44)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 44) Notification 2014.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Football Xtravaganza” promotion to be held from 17th June 2014 to 14th July 2014 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the kiosk games to be held at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks located within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands as part of the “Football Xtravaganza” promotion from 6 a.m. on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday to before 6 a.m. the following day, during the period from 20th June 2014 to 14th July 2014 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
