Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel
Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister relating to human resource management in the Civil Service, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 1 July 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “or the National Population and Talent Division” in item 2(a) and substituting the words “, the National Population and Talent Division or the Strategy Group”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “and the Communications Group” in item 3(b) and substituting the words “, the Communications Group and the Strategy Group”.
