Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th August 2007.

Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (R 38) is amended —
(a)by deleting all the items under the heading “CHARGES ON SATURDAYS” in Part VI and substituting the following items:
Charges on Saturdays
Amount of road user charge payable on any Saturday, not being a public holiday, except that where such day falls on the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali or Christmas, the restricted hours shall be from 12 noon to 1 p.m. only.
