(Personnel Boards) (Amendment)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 111AA(1), (2) and (8) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st August 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 654/2007) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name of the member “Mr Sundaresh Menon” in the second column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Steven Chong”;
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the name of the member “Justice V K Rajah” in the second column of item 1, the name “Justice Sundaresh Menon”; and
(c)	by deleting the name of the chairman “Mr Sundaresh Menon” in the second column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Steven Chong”.
