Animals and Birds
(Pigeons) (Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Animals and Birds (Pigeons) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 1 June 2020.

Deletion of rules 10 and 11

2. Rules 10 and 11 of the Animals and Birds (Pigeons) Rules (R 4) are deleted.

Amendment of rule 17

3. Rule 17 of the Animals and Birds (Pigeons) Rules is amended by deleting “, 10, 11”.
