Planning Act
(Chapter 232)
Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2001.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) is amended by deleting Part II and substituting the following Part:
