International Child Abduction
(Contracting States) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the International Child Abduction Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 August 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 211/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 58, the following items:
