| 1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Enforcement Detection System Trial — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 30 June 2021. |
| Amendment of paragraph 2 |
| 2. Paragraph 2 of the Active Mobility (Enforcement Detection System Trial — Exemption) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 653/2019) (called in this Order the principal Order) is amended by deleting the words “30 June 2021” in the definition of “Active Mobility Enforcement Detection System Trial” and substituting the words “13 August 2021”. |
