Protected Places (Consolidation)
(Amendment) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 20th September 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (14) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting the words “Chartered Material & Services Pte. Ltd.” in the first column and substituting the words “Singapore Technologies Logistics Pte. Ltd.”.
