Protected Places
(Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 6 July 2015.
Amendment of item (113) of Schedule
2.  Item (113) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 2) is amended by deleting paragraphs (1) and (3) to (19).
Deletion of item (3) of Schedule
3.  Item (3) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 13) is deleted.
Revocation
4.  The following Orders are revoked:
(a)the Protected Places (No. 2) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 416/2007); and
(b)the Protected Places (No. 7) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 591/2007).
