Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 14, 15(a), (b) and (f) and 16 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 come into operation on 28 July 2017.
