Protected Areas (Consolidation)
(Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 23rd January 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (7); and
(b)	by deleting the words “Secretary, Port of Singapore Authority” in the first column of item (26) and substituting the words “Director (Corporate Development), PSA Corporation Limited”.
