In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 February 2024 at 12.01 a.m.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, in the First Schedule, in Part 2, in item 2, replace “and 424A” with “, 424A and 424B”.
