(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 29th June 2014.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of the item relating to “Tampines Avenue 9” and substituting the words “— that part of Tampines Avenue 9 between Tampines Avenue 10 and Tampines Street 41.”.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Canberra Link”, the following item:

“Central Expressway — that part of the slip road from Exit 8B of Central Expressway, in the direction towards Pan Island Expressway, between lamp post No. 263F and lamp post No. 273S36.”.
