Registration and Licensing)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 July 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part III of the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Oxides of nitrogen (NO_x)”, the following item:

”.
