(Personnel Boards) (Amendment)
Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 2011.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3) is amended by re-numbering the paragraph as sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
(2)  The Permanent Secretary to the Public Service Division is, by virtue of his and while holding that office, a member of the Personnel Board A, Ministry of Education.”.
