Land Titles (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 170 (1) of the Land Titles Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Titles (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 2nd September 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 19 in the Schedule to the Land Titles Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (e).
