Public Utilities (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2012 shall, with the exception of sections 5, 9, 13 and 28, come into operation on 1st September 2012.
