(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 7)
Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 7) Order 2017 and is deemed to have come into operation on 15 June 2017.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Item 41 of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“41.	XiSer CareServe Medifund Committee

XiSer CareServe”.
