(Government Officers — Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(4) of the Trade Unions Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification and shall come into operation on 25th July 2011.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3(1) of the Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) Notification (N 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (zp), the following sub-paragraphs:
“(zq)Council for Estate Agencies.
(zr)Republic Polytechnic (non-teaching staff).”.
