(Commencement) Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.

2. The Sewerage and Drainage (Amendment) Act 2012 shall, with the exception of sections 32, 34, 35 and 36(1), come into operation on 1st September 2012.
