(Chauffeured Private Hire Cars — Exemption)
(Revocation) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Chauffeured Private Hire Cars — Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 1 July 2018.

Revocation

2. The Road Traffic (Chauffeured Private Hire Cars — Exemption) Order 2017 (G.N. No. S 316/2017) is revoked.
