(Exemption) (No. 5)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2017.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Treasures of Dragon Draw” promotion to be held from 10 February 2017 to 26 February 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Paiza Dragon Slots Room, Casino Atrium 2 at Marina Bay Sands in 3 sessions hourly from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. on 25 February 2017 and 26 February 2017.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
