(Immigration Depots)
(Amendment) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 15 June 2019.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (No. 2) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 430/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 34, the following item:
“34A.ONE15 Marina Club
11 Cove Drive, Singapore 098497”.
