Town Councils Act
Town Council of Aljunied (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2)(c) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Aljunied hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Aljunied (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2000.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Aljunied (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 17) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
