Infectious Diseases Act
(Chapter 137)
Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 3rd September 2007.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 328/2004) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 2 relating to Argentina;
(b)by deleting item 9 relating to Cape Verde; and
(c)by deleting item 37 relating to Paraguay.
