Protected Places
(Amendment) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 29th July 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Protected Places Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 41/2011) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

All that area comprised in Land Lot 143P and in part of Land Lots 144T, 145A, 669X, 1691X, 1693C, 1695W, 1700N, 99914N, 99926A and 99998W in Mukim No. 9 occupied by “KEAT HONG CAMP” containing an area of about 220,870.4 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:

Commencing at a point of the aforesaid “KEAT HONG CAMP” which point is 39,485.316 metres North and 14,834.317 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co-ordinates approximately as follows:
