Road Traffic
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Rules 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and shall come into operation on 1 February 2015.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 29) is amended by deleting “81(1)” in paragraph (a) and substituting “81(1A)”.
