(Prescribed Futures Contracts)
(Amendment) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) (paragraphs (a)(ii) and (b)(ii) of the definition of “futures contract”) and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 23 July 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 3 of the Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Prescribed Futures Contracts) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 368/2005) is deleted.
