Presidential Elections
(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(2) of the Presidential Elections Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 2nd August 2011.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Presidential Elections (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 503/2005) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “section 53(5),” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “section 42(1)(c), 53(5), 60A(3),”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “regulation 16(a)” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “regulation 14A or 16(a)”.
