Infectious Diseases

of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Measures to Prevent or Control the Spread of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 28 September 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Item 3 of the First Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Measures to Prevent or Control the Spread of Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 13/2004) is amended by deleting the words “(formerly known as Novel Coronavirus Infection)”.
