(Official Assignee’s Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 449 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Official Assignee’s Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 29 June 2023.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Official Assignee’s Fees) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 590/2020), in the Second Schedule, in Part 2, after item 17, insert —
 
“17A.On every proof of debt submitted, whether by electronic transmission or otherwise
 
$5”.
