(Exemption under Section 53)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 7th September 2012.
Exemption
2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lots 10348P, 10350V (formerly known as Lots 5935L and 5471W) and 6881X of MK 17 at 820 Thomson Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Reverend Mother Superior of the Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood in Malaya to the competent authority on 29th September 2010.
