Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious
Diseases) (Exemption) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 71 and 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 28 September 2016.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 304/2015) is amended by deleting the words “Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection (Non‑Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)” in paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “HIV Infection”.
