Free Trade Zones Act

Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st February 2004.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting item (1) and substituting the following item:
“(1)  Port of Singapore
All that area occupied by “PORT OF SINGAPORE — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 187.9 hectares and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour.
The boundary commences at the western-most corner of the aforesaid “PORT OF SINGAPORE — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point of commencement is 2,711.3 metres South and 3,045.8 metres West of the Singapore Land Authority’s origin of co-ordinates (30,000 metres North, 30,000 metres East) and the boundary runs approximately as follows:

(Tanjong Pagar Terminal, Keppel Terminal
and Marina Terminal)
UNKNOWN”.
