Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at
Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints)
(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 21 January 2019.

Amendment of rule 8

2. Rule 8 of the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules (R 12) is amended by deleting paragraph (a).

Amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (4) of Part III; and
(b)	by deleting item (4) of Part IV.
