Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment
Authority) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part V of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 275/97) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (160) under the heading Parking Places, the following items:

“(161) Kallang Way 2A, Loyang Street and Tampines Industrial Avenue 5.

(162) The area off Bukit Batok East Avenue 2 and delineated in Plan 298.

(163) The area off Pasisr Panjang Road and delineated in Plan 299.”.
