Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(3) of the Trade Unions Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 5th September 2002.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) Notification (N 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (z1), the following sub-paragraph:

“(zm)

National Environment Agency.”.
