Control of Plants Act
(Chapter 57A)
Control of Plants (Plant Importation) (Amendment) Rules 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Control of Plants Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Control of Plants (Plant Importation) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  Item (2) in the Third Schedule to the Control of Plants (Plant Importation) Rules (R 4) is amended by deleting “$47” in the second column and substituting “$50”.
