(Fishing Vessels) (Amendment)
Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Fishing Vessels) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Vessels) Rules (R 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$8.50” in item 2 and substituting “$9.45”; and
(b)	by deleting “$10.50” in item 5 and substituting “$14”. [G.N. Nos. S 271/92; S 237/93; S 348/94; S 154/97; S 150/98; S 98/2000; S 154/2004; S 705/2004]
