Statistics Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade) makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 October 2016.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

“1.	Economic Research Department of the Building and Construction Authority.”; and

(b)

by deleting item 3 and substituting the following item:

“3.	Research and Management Information Division of the Ministry of Education.”.
