Trust Companies
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(3) of the Trust Companies Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Trust Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 July 2021.
Amendment of regulation 23
2.  Regulation 23 of the Trust Companies Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “section 3(4)” in paragraph (b), the words “or 49(6)”.
