Employment Agencies (Exemption)
(Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Employment Agencies Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Employment Agencies (Exemption) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 4 October 2016.
Amendment of Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2011
2.  Paragraph 2(4) of the Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 175/2011) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (c) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
“(c)the Workforce Singapore Agency established under section 3 of the Workforce Singapore Agency Act (Cap. 305D);”.
Amendment of Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014
3.  Paragraph 2 of the Employment Agencies (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 433/2014) is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Workforce Development Agency (established under section 3 of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act (Cap. 305D))” and substituting the words “Workforce Singapore Agency (established under section 3 of the Workforce Singapore Agency Act (Cap. 305D))”.
